Here is a page of the complete list of characteristics as listed in the post of how God really is, (not how we perceive Him to be).  You can print, cut out, and adhere these to your own stones which you have constructed.  You may use this page over again for the shorter lists of characteristic words in this post for perception of God and in this one for perception of your earthly father.    Also included is a page of  clear, even “word stones” that I created for my use for this post.  These are uncolored so that you can paint, color, or(?)  each stone as you believe it…

Lately we have been investigating perceptions and the Father Heart of God… and I have been asking you to do rating exercises and making paper stones… and now we will work at putting it all together! It is now time to REALLY take out your first list, the one in which you rated how you REALLY felt God was each characteristic…I did a similar exercise about 15 years ago, and I am here to say that I have grown in the past 15 years! Back then, I didn’t think God was trustworthy, engaged, approachable, affectionate, or accepting. My rating was at a 6 or below!  I knew in my head…

Ah…today for sure you get to play in paper and glue and pens or print outs! Here once again is our list of character traits + additional ones that are specific attributes of God.  Again, make stone shapes, this time making all the stones similar in size. Decide what shape and color accurately depicts each characteristic as you consider the fact that God expresses each trait perfectly (whether we understand or not) and create that “stone”. Write the characteristic on the front of your stone shapes or print the characteristic name out in a font of your choice, cut them out and glue the words to your stone shapes. Arrange…
